We specialise in the supply and professional installation of premium flooring products, including:

Our services include floor preparation, levelling, border work, inlays, and custom consultations across Gorey, North Wexford, and South Dublin.

3. Booking & Payment Terms

• A consultation will be scheduled once initial contact is made.

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

• A deposit is required to secure an installation date. This is non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Final balance is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other approved methods.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 5 business days in advance of the scheduled installation.

• Late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be arranged as early as possible.

5. Warranty & Product Guarantees

• All flooring products are supplied from reputable manufacturers and carry their respective manufacturer warranties.

• Installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion.

• Warranties may be voided if floors are improperly maintained or subject to unusual wear and tear.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that:

• All areas are clear of furniture and personal items before installation.

• Suitable access is available for the delivery and fitting team.

• Subfloor conditions are declared in advance (e.g. underfloor heating, dampness, etc.).

Failure to disclose such issues may result in delays or additional charges.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• While we take every care to ensure a high-quality finish, Ronan Cullen Flooring is not liable for minor imperfections or variations inherent to natural materials (e.g. wood grains, tile shade differences).

• We are not responsible for damage caused by third-party trades or poor site conditions.

• We are not liable for delays caused by supplier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
